We are known for our Bespoke Handmade jewellery in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, many people come to us when they require something unique and tailor made. Greg our model maker was commissioned to custom make a unique Platinum bangle to compliment a made to order Engagement ring.

Firstly Joe and Greg started work on tracking down the right diamond. It was a Cushion shape stone and needed to be a similar colour and clarity to the bespoke engagement ring. Joe and Greg sourced a few certified diamonds to fit around the budget set by the client.

Once the stones were in our possession the customer was invited in to view and choose the diamond. All the finished prices were available from this stage onwards. We never add extras on,  so from this stage our customer was aware of the overall finished price dependant on which diamond was selected. A 0.91ct Cushion shaped  E colour VS1 clarity Certified Diamond was chosen.

Next job was for Greg to get started on a silver model for the customer to okay the shape and fit to her wrist. After this fitting it was time to make the bangle in Platinum.

Once the Platinum bangle was at a stage where setting was the final job, the setting was polished ready for our Diamond setter Les to set the stone, as once the diamond is set there is no way of polishing behind it. Les set the stone and also set some small Round Brilliant diamonds in a pave style into the sides from the setting.

The over all finished piece was beautiful and our customer was over the moon about it.
