We don’t have an appointment system, however if you are looking for something in particular it’s a good idea to call ahead so that we can source diamonds or gemstones for you to see when you visit.

We usually ask for around 4-6 weeks to make a bespoke piece. If you need your jewellery sooner than this, let us know and we'll always do our best to help.

Yes! We recommend bringing your items (especially rings) back once a year to have a jewellery “M.O.T.” – we will check the settings, give the ring a polish and deep clean – free of charge.

We accept cash, card and bank transfer.
Upon ordering, we ask for a deposit payment, the remaining balance can be paid once the piece is finished and ready to collect.

We often work with customer's sentimental stones or metal, but not all designs are suitable for repurposing materials.
The easiest way to know if your gems or metal could work is for one of the Goldsmiths to take a look in person.

We are able to work with a wide range of both natural and lab-grown stones, get in touch for a quote.

Yes, we often make pieces of jewellery for customers we don't meet in person, the easiest way to do this is over email, where we can send quotes and CAD renders along with videos and photos of gemstones.
