We have a 30-day return policy for any piece of jewellery purchased from our stock. This policy only applies only to items that are already made and does not apply to custom or bespoke made jewellery.

We work closely with our customers during the designing and making process to ensure that you are happy with how the piece of jewellery is progressing. We email you a rendered CAD image for approval and also give the option of seeing a 3D printed model in person.

If you are unsure at any stage the responsibility lies with you to let us know as soon as possible so we can correct the design before the piece is finished.

If you are unhappy with a finished piece of jewellery we will do everything we can to alter the piece following your feedback.
