One : Design

Chat to us about your ideas. Pop in-store or email us. We'll advise on design options and provide a quotation for your chosen metal, gem stones and the creative work involved.

Two : Stone Selection

You have the option to visit us to select your own stones. The majority of designs will be CAD designed, you'll receive a 3D image to approve along with a resin prototype to view.

Three : Prototype

The majority of designs will be CAD designed, you'll receive a 3D image to approve along with a resin prototype to view.

Four : Creation

Once approved, the design is cast into your chosen metal. It is then assembled, stone set, polished and hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office.

Five : Collection

We keep you updated throughout the whole process to check that you are happy at every stage. We'll check the final fitting on collection to make sure everything is perfect.

Every piece of jewellery is quoted individually. There is no extra or hidden charge for a bespoke piece of jewellery.
Metal choice and the amount of metal needed, stone choice and size are some of the factors that determine the final cost.

There are three ways to approach the quoting process:

1. Set your ideal spend and we will tailor the design to your budget, using the highest quality materials possible.
2. Set your ideal stone type, quality, carat weight and we will provide a range of options.
3. If you are unsure of spend or stone details, leave it to us - we can advise a recommended first stage quote which can be tweaked until perfect.
It is best to allow 4-6 weeks from the date of ordering until collection.
If you need your jewellery sooner than this, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

We ask for a deposit of £500 at the time of ordering.

The deposit covers the cost of the CAD design and is required before your design is sent to the CAD team.

The remaining balance can be paid on collection in store.

If your jewellery is being posted, you make payment over the phone with a card, or via bank transfer.
For the lifetime of your jewellery - we offer a complimentary clean and polish.
We remove scratches, polish, clean with a powerful ultrasonic and steam blast. Your jewellery will look as new as the day it was created.

For engagement rings - we advise that you visit yearly for a check up. Not only does it keep your ring looking it's best, we will inspect the settings to check if any maintenance is needed. This enables any issues to be fixed before they arise.
