We first worked with Element 7 years ago having a bespoke ring created to celebrate the birth of our daughter. The process of designing your own jewellery with the expert guidance of the team is really enjoyable, nothing is too much to ask and the design process from sketches to rendered drawings give you confidence in your design choices. My engagement ring was remodelled from my late mothers diamond engagement ring, a diamond solitaire of my fiancé late grandmother, into our own unique design. There is such an emotional attachment behind it and it is so very precious. Joe was amazing. He guided us, advised us and exceeded all of our expectations. He made my wedding band too. My fiancé had an idea of what he was hoping for and between he and Joe, he got his dream wedding band made just the way he wanted it to be.

My experience with this group of dedicated and skilled individuals was absolutely wonderful. From my terrible hand-drawn bespoke design draft to the finished product, the team at Element were phenomenal in their flexibility and support - and enthusiasm! I genuinely got the impression that the whole team love what they do, and their customer service is nothing short of excellent. I had an engagement ring made bespoke, with mixed metals, and the whole process was easy and fun as well as inexpensive considering the task and materials used. Element designed my fabulous engagement ring, sourcing a selection of beautiful sapphires for us to chose from, then finding another one that combined characteristics of the initial selection to get the perfect stone.
